01 / Efficiency
Your business shouldn't
depend on repetitive tasks- even in Loughborough
Manual processes create wasted time, human error and operational bottlenecks. We help you reclaim your team's time by automating the routine and building tools that scale.
Modern businesses are built on integrated systems. If your data is siloed or your staff is manually entering info from one screen to another, you're leaving growth on the table.
We bridge the gap between "how it's always been done" and "how it should be done," using custom software and AI agents to drive performance.

Software & Automation for Loughborough businesses
In Loughborough automation is often the first thing we build, because owners on both sides of town lose the same hours to admin that a small piece of software could absorb: a booking flow for a gym or a restaurant, a quoting form for a workshop, a customer record that stops living in a spreadsheet. For businesses on the science park and at the incubators it can extend to a proper internal tool or a customer portal.
Loughborough runs on two clocks: a town centre that fills and empties with the university year, and light industrial and trade units that keep going regardless. Owners on either side tend to lose the same hours to admin that a small piece of software could absorb, so automation and internal tools are often the first thing we build, whether that is a booking flow, a quoting form or a customer record that stops living in a spreadsheet. The website and brand work follows, with photography and video shot on site so the business looks like itself. Derby is a short drive, so the first workshop and the reviews that follow happen in person at no travel charge, with the build running remotely in between.

Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on the business, automation can be used for customer enquiries, lead management, data entry, reporting, scheduling, document processing, internal administration and other repetitive workflows.
Yes. Where an off-the-shelf tool fits, we will say so, because it is usually cheaper. Custom software earns its place when the way your business works is the advantage and no existing product matches it. We map the process with you first, agree what the first version must do, and build it in stages so you are using something real early.
Yes. Internal tools, portals and dashboards are built to your existing guidelines, so they feel like part of the business rather than a bolt-on. If there are no written guidelines we work from your current website and materials, and note any gaps we find along the way.
Yes, where it earns its keep. The test is simple: how many hours a week does the task take, and is the process stable enough to write rules for. Quoting, stock counts, booking confirmations and routine reporting are common candidates. We would rather automate one thing properly and leave the rest alone than hand you a system nobody in the office trusts.
Yes, provided the plan is trimmed to fit the figure rather than the other way round. A tight budget usually buys a handful of pages done properly, a clear enquiry route and photography that is genuinely yours. It does not buy a large site built quickly and cheaply, and we would not take that on. Give us the number at the first meeting and the plan is drawn around it.
Roughly: a week or two to agree the brief and the structure, a couple of weeks in design, then build and testing. Small sites land inside six weeks, bigger ones stretch towards twelve, and identity work runs anywhere from a fortnight to a couple of months. Marketing and search sit outside that; they are measured season by season. Slippage is almost always content, so we chase it early.
