We are based in Derby and work with businesses across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. We travel to you for the kickoff workshop and for in-person reviews, at no travel charge, anywhere on this list. Everything after that runs remotely, which is how most of our work happens anyway.

Advanced engineering and rail

Derby anchors this: Rolls-Royce civil aerospace at Sinfin, Alstom at Litchurch Lane, Toyota at Burnaston, and roughly 11,000 rail jobs in the city. Work here tends to be judged by a procurement lead running due diligence, not by a contact form.

Furniture, brewing and single-trade clusters

Long Eaton is the UK's designated centre of quality upholstery manufacture, with a trade calendar that dictates when work has to land. Burton upon Trent carries alcohol marketing compliance that adds a real stage to any build.

Logistics and air freight

Castle Donington sits around East Midlands Airport, the UK's busiest dedicated air-freight hub.

University, science park and city markets

Loughborough's science park hosts governing bodies of British sport alongside university spinouts. Nottingham is a head-office city where sign-off runs through legal and compliance.

Regeneration and former-coalfield towns

Chesterfield's Markham Vale has its own purpose-built M1 junction. Mansfield, Hucknall, Ripley and Swadlincote are largely business-park and industrial-estate economies rather than high-street ones.

Market towns and the visitor economy

Matlock and Ashbourne trade on a season. Belper splits between mill-floor operations and trade counters.

Stoke-on-Trent is the head office of the UK hospitality tableware trade, with export catalogues running to thousands of SKUs.
